Mangalore, Sep 11: All-India Bank Officers' and Employees' Union will be staging a nation-wide protest on Wednesday September 12 urging the government to implement the agreement signed by Indian Banks’ Association and United Forum of Bank Employees' Union (UFBU), on March 21, 2007.

A demonstration will be held in front of State Bank of India, Mangalore main branch under the leadership of Dakshina Kannada district unit of UFBU on Tuesday Sep 11, at 5.15 pm, in preparation to the strike on September 12, a press release stated.
