very Sad, RIP. This case seems like person is suffering from HCM means HYPERTROPHIC CARDIOMYOPATHY, an inherited disease that can cause the heart to thicken and stop pumping blood effectively, leading to heart failure. now I am 40 working in dubai, till the age of 34 i didn't know i am HCM patient .

During my first time medical check at 34 i came to know about this which according to cardiologists is a minor heart case, one case in 1000 people.
In this case nothing to worry only you have to avoid climbing mountains , avoid racing, tracking or any other sports activities which put pressure on heart.
During my childhood till 34 i never participated in any sports activities as i was poor in sports which saved my life i can say. I put my case just you inform that so many football players or athletes died all of a sudden while playing without knowing they suffer from HCM . only requesting if your child is good in sports & games please make a medical check up ones in lifetime. so that this type of sad death can be avoided.

Very sad news. Young people loose life because of cardiac problems.
Everyone should keep a track on Life style, eating habits, health checkups. Sedentary jobs are real killers.

Sad at the demise of Ashil, RIP.

YHAI should not be discouraged because of this event which is unfortunate. You have been doing very good work by conducting camps/treks to natural exotic places that are not frequented often and by all.

I look forward to be part of your future events.
