New Delhi, Feb 10 (IANS): It was a foggy Wednesday morning here, with the minimum temperature recorded at 8.6 degrees Celsius, two notches below the season's average, the Met Office said.
"There will be a mainly clear sky ahead in the day. However, shallow or moderate fog is likely to occur in the morning," an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said.
The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 25 degrees Celsius, the weather office said.
The humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 97 percent, with the visibility standing at 200 metres.
Tuesday's maximum temperature was recorded at 24.2 degrees Celsius, a notch above the season's average, while the minimum temperature settled at 9.2 degrees Celsius.
