Mumbai, Feb 14 (IANS): Low-cost airline GoAir on Saturday announced a "Zero Cancellation" offer that enables a passenger not to incur any ticket cancellation charges in case he abandons his travels plans.
Valid across all GoAir flights booked between February 13 to 16 for travel between June 1 to December 15, 2016, the offer requires passengers to cancel the tickets 30 days prior to the actual departure date.
"The cancellation of tickets under this offer can be done only by calling the GoAir call centre 092-2322-2111/020-2566-2111," said a GoAir statement.
However, flight tickets cancelled within 30 days of scheduled departure will attract the cancellation charges, the statement added.
