Fujairah: Prakash Rodrigues Elected President of Canara Catholics

Fujairah-UAE, Sep 17: During the general body meeting of Canara Catholics Fujairah (CCF) held at the Fujairah Church Hall, Prakash Rodrigues is unanimously elected as the president for the year 2007-2008.


Prakash and Roy

Prakash, a smart and dynamic young man hailing from Kinnigoli, is an active member of CCF. He was one of the key architect during the formation of CCF.  Also elected are Mr. Roy Veigas from Milagres as the Chief coordinator, Pramila Barboza from Pangla as the Secretary and Lancy Dantis from Paladka as the treasurer.

The new executive committee also consists a couple of advisors and members.

In his speech, Prakash thanked everyone and promised to continue the good work with the support of all the Mangaloreans of Fujairah.

The out going president Vincent Barboza thanked everyone whole heartedly. Robert Fernandes helped in conducting the election.
