Ajman, Sep 20: In honor of the holy month of Ramadan, the THUMBAY GROUP hosted a grand iftar party for all its group companies making it a memorable occasion to help make both the fasting and feasting meaningful and enjoyable.
The iftar was attended by over 600 people. The group has over a decade of presence in the region with diversified business activates. The group has grown with a tremendous pace. The group owns and manages the Gulf Medical College and GMC Hospital Ajman.
The group also owns and runs two international brands body and soul health club and blends and brews coffee Shoppe respectively which is new additions to the group companies.
Gulf Medical College promoted by the THUMBAY GROUP is recognized and approved as an institution for higher education by the Ministry of Higher education and Scientific Research, UAE. GMC is listed in World Directory of Medical Schools by WHO and also listed in IMED under the auspices of FAIMER. GMC is offering M.B.B.S degree programs with a capacity for 60 students & B.P.T Programs with a capacity for 25 students with limited seats for both boys and girls of all nationalities. It has an international faculty and a student cohort from 39 nations. The Gulf Medical College – Royal Australian College of General Practitioners Training Program in Family Practice is the first of its kind program introduced to provided high quality training for Medical Graduates to obtain General Practitioner training in the UAE in association with the UAE Ministry Of Health.
GMC –RACGP - MOH Training Program in Family Practice is a three year full-time program that allows participants to gain valuable practical experience in teaching hospitals, rural and urban practices and in specialized medical centers which provide health care for communities. Trainees who successfully complete all training requirements and the relevant examinations become eligible to be awarded the Joint GMC – RACGP – Program Fellowship.
