Consult specialised doctors via video chat on seeDoc app

New Delhi, March 8 (IANS): Here comes an app that will help you chat with a specialised doctor through paid online video chat from the comfort of your home or office.

The app called SeeDoc has roped in leading doctors from top health care institutions covering general medicine, sexual health, dermatology and diabetes, among other key areas.

It offers high quality paid video consultation seven days a week. You can also ask leading specialised doctors a free question.

"Our team of doctors has been handpicked from the best in the medical fraternity such as AIIMS, Fortis, Medanta, Max, AFMC, MAMC and Manipal,” Anuj Agarwal, co-founder of seeDoc, said in a statement.

With over 300,000 users already and growing rapidly, seeDoc is serving up to 500 video consultations daily.

The app integrates the patient's physical examinations at doctors' clinics, delivery of medicine through local chemists, and diagnostic tests via India's leading providers in few select cities.

"There is an acute shortage of quality medical care and seeDoc is witnessing unprecedented demand as it fills that vacuum perfectly. seeDoc provides transparency at each step ensuring that patients receive the highest quality of care,” added another co-founder Vivek Bansal.

The app is available for Android devices on Google Play store and Apple’s iPhone.
