A person walks differently while wearing a different footwear. Such is the story of the Politicians, that they become corrupt the minute they wear that title of Politics. The level of corruption depends on the department they chose to control.

By this time all those flew to China must be back before the next election. Since they spent Lakhs of rupees to study the Chineese system, now is the time to implement those expensive studies. These hard working or hardly working fellows must have had shivers in spine when they learnt the Chinese way, that "CORRUPT POLITICIANS AND GOVT. EMPLOYEES ARE HANGED IF FOUND GUILTY".

These fellows must have offered flowers to God for letting them live in India to be Corrupt and alive. Since they spent taxpayers money for betterment of Mangalore City, the first thing should be Justice for corrupt official, and then rest. How about this!!!
