Mangalore: Ullal Dargah Committee President U K Ibrahim Seriously Ill - Prayers Sought

Mangalore, Sep 29: Ullal Central Jumma Masjid and Ullal Dargah president Janab Al-Haj U K Ibrahim has been hospitalized after he was reported ill on Saturday September 29 morning. At present he is on artificial respiration and the Ullal Dargah committee members have asked the devotees to pray for his good health.
Eighty-three-year old Janab Al-Haj U K Ibrahim has been the president for the Ullal Dargah committee for the last 45 years. He is being respected by each and everyone for his amiable nature and dedication. It is owing to this nature of his that he was elected president of the committee unanimously for the eighth time in succession.
On Saturday morning he participated in the Namaz, but a little while later he was taken ill and immediately rushed to Omega Hospital in the city. As soon as he was brought to the hospital, he was put on artificial respiration by the doctors. Hospital sources said that he is critically ill and nothing could be said about his recovery as of now.
A lot of people, friends and relatives of Janab U K Ibrahim have gathered outsidet Omega Hospital which clearly tells as how close he has been to all who know him for long.
Former KPCC president Janardhan Pooajari and Ullal MLA U T Khader who visited the hospital, while speaking to Daijiworld, asked devotees all over the world to pray for U K Ibrahim's good health and quick recovery.
