Madhya Pradesh CM observes Earth Hour


Bhopal, March 20 (IANS): Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan observed Earth Hour 2016 by switching off electricity at his official residence and working in candle light on Saturday night.

From 8.30 p.m. to 9.30 p.m., the chief minister's residence did not consume electricity, said an official press release issued on Sunday. This was done to show Chouhan's participation in the Earth Hour.

Chouhan worked through the Earth Hour in candle light, it added.
