Allahabad road accident kills five

Lucknow, March 22 (IANS): Five persons were killed and more than half a dozen injured in Allahabad on Tuesday when a speeding truck collided with a vehicle head on, police said.

Three persons died on the spot and two others at the hospital. The injured were rushed to a nearby medical facility where condition of two was stated to be serious, an official told IANS.
