Delhi records 558 drunk driving cases on Holi


New Delhi, Mar 24 (IANS): Delhi has recorded a total of 558 drunk driving cases till now on the occasion of Holi, police said on Thursday.

"Till late Wednesday night, we have recorded a total of 558 drunken driving cases. The highest has been in South Delhi with 264 cases," Special Commissioner of Police Muktesh Chander told IANS.

He also said that Delhi Police has deployed 400 teams in various parts of the national capital to monitor the situation during Holi.
