Mumbai, Oct 2: The special meeting of all office-bearers of Gowda Saraswat Brahmin (GSB) Association of Western suburb was held at Chandrashekar auditorium, Vijay Nagar Society, Swamy Nityanand Road, Andheri (East) on Sunday September 30.  The meeting was graced by Sri Sudhindra Theerta Swamiji of Kashi Math.

GSB Sabha, Andheri was inaugrated in the presence of a huge gathering of GSB community.

GSB Associations will be formed in every locality from Bandra to Virar, where it does not exist.  It is intended to bring together the community to attend socio-religious activities, interact and communicate with one another and increase the bonding among the brethren, said Mohandas Mallya, president of GSB Mahasabha.

Moreover Mahasabha can look into the educational needs, job opportunities for the needy GSB community members, so that none of brethren discontinues the studies for want of finance. 

Ragunanandan Kamath, chairman and managing director of Natural Ice Cream, said that the successful enterprises open up outlets in every possible nuke and corner which would bring people closer.
