Mangaluru, Mar 31: Rachana Catholic Chamber of Commerce & Industry invites applications/suggestions for its year 2016 Awards to be given to five Catholic individuals who have excelled in their fields in specified categories.
The categories of awards are:
Rachana Outstanding Woman of the year.
Rachana Agriculturist of the year.
Rachana Entrepreneur of the year.
Rachana Professional of the year.
Rachana NRI Entrepreneur/Professional of the year.
The applications/suggestions can be sent with pictures to the President, Rachana, 1st Floor, Pio Mall, Church Road, Bejai, Mangaluru575004.email:rachanamangalore@gmail.com before July 15, 2016.
A panel of jury will verify the names suggested in the applications and pick five people for the awards. The panel has distinguished and impartial Jury members.
The prestigious Rachana Awards will be presented this year at Milagres Jubilee hall on November 27 at 6.15 pm. Dr Aloysius Paul D' Souza, Bishop of Mangaluru will preside over the function.
