Mumbai, Apr 2: Appi Ummanna Devadiga aged 78 and mother of popular social worker, industrialist, former president of Devadiga Sangha Mumbai, president of Akhila Bharatha Tulu Okkoota and Jayashrikrishna Parisara Premi Samithi, Dharmapal U Devadiga passed away after a brief illness at her residence at Sathya Nivasa, Udupi Kaup on Friday April 1 afternoon.
She was the wife of late Kaup Ummanna Devadiga. She has left behind four sons, three daughters and a large number of friends and relatives. Her last rites were held at her residence on Friday night.
