Kuwait: Tulu Koota's Parba - 2007 on Oct 26

Kuwait Oct 6: Tulu Koota Kuwait will soon announce its sixth ‘Merit Cum Means Scholarship Award’ to be awarded during its mega event of the year, Tulu Parba- 2007, to be held on Friday October 26 at Kuwait Fencing Society hall in Daihya, stated a press release here.
The release further informed about the Koota’s firm belief in the value of education and strong commitment to help needy students to achieve their educational goals.
Application will be accepted from minimum one year valid members’ children studying either in State of Kuwait or in India, scoring high grades at Xth and XIIth Standard Board Examinations held during Academic year 2006-2007, stated the release.

The release also invites all for its mega event of the year, Tulu Parba- 2007 to be held on Friday October 26 at Kuwait Fencing Society hall in Daihya from 10:30 am to 06:00 pm.
This will consist of a day-long festivity, covering various cultural programmes. The main events of Tulu Parba-2007 will be a magic show by Prahlad Acharya, a well-known magician from Udupi and a dance-ballet too will be performed by ‘Nrithya Vidya Nilaya Dance School’ from India.
Moreover various competitions such as singing, dancing, fancy-dress, traditional costume, drawing, clay modeling, products made out of waste, pot decoration, elocution and ‘Muddhu Kanda’ or a cute baby contest too will be held on Friday October 19 at Don Bosco school, Salmiya from 10:00 am onwards informed the release.
