Twitter Moments supports audio cards from SoundCloud

New York, Apr 13 (IANS): If you are on Twitter, you can now share entire playlists or any other audio content on Moments feature as tweets with audio cards from audio sharing platform SoundCloud are now supported.

Twitter Moments' partnership with SoundCloud will add a whole new audio dynamic to the experience, SoundCloud announced in a blog post on Tuesday.

"Millions of people following Twitter Moments might notice more music on the service. ThatÂ’s because curators can now share entire playlists, or any other audio content, with SoundCloudÂ’s audio cards embedded right into the tweet," the post read.

"Already one of the best vehicles for the most up-to-date worldwide trends, news and live events, the partnership will add a whole new audio dynamic to the experience," it added.

Like in the regular Twitter stream, SoundCloud audio cards work seamlessly within the Moments interface, giving those unfamiliar with the format an introduction to the platform, SoundCloud said in a blog post.

With 125 million tracks, SoundCloud has a huge content catalogue, spanning both mainstream and emerging artists.

Moments features the day's most talked-about stories in a new section of Twitter.

It's a magazine-like view of the microblogging website that works even if you've never followed a single person.
