Kundapur, Oct 12: Talents day was organized under the auspices of Rotary Club, Gangolly, for the benefit of high school students near here recently.
P A Thomas, president, Rotary Club presided over the function. Nearly 40 cultural competitions were organized and the prizes were distributed to winners in all the fields. Parameshwar V Nayak, vice-principal, in-charge of the high school section delivered the keynote address.
Adinath Kini and Narayan Nayak, teachers helped in organizing the event. Ashok Devadiga, teacher, compered the programme. The school pupil leader Roopin proposed the vote of thanks.
