M'luru: Patient dies of elbow pain - medical negligence alleged

Mangaluru, Apr 16: A woman, who had been admitted into a hospital for elbow pain died on Friday April 15.

Saraswati (60) from Thokkottu near here had been admitted into a private hospital at Deralakatte by her family members for treatment of elbow pain a few days back. There was no improvement in her condition. After the patient died on Friday, Saraswati's family members filed a complaint at Ullal police station, alleging that medical negligence on the part of hospital staff had caused the woman's death.

The policemen have registered the case and taken up investigation.

    Thats really new.Patient dies because of elbow pain?kindly make Investigation.did anyone made a xray of her elbow?because of her Age ,should be all angels investigated.was it infected?heartfelt sympathys to her Family.
