Apr 16 (Mid-day): Telangana continues to be in the grip of severe heat wave conditions with several parts of the state recording high temperatures between 40 and 45 degrees Celsius on Friday.
Heatwave has so far has claimed 35 lives in Telangana only, according to an official report on Thursday.
In Telangana, the state government has issued alerts in all districts to take precautionary measures to minimise the impact of the prevailing weather conditions.
