Excited to be teaming up with Vijay: Harish Uthaman

Chennai, Apr 19 (IANS): Actor Harish Uthaman, who will be teaming up with superstar Vijay for the first time in his upcoming yet-untitled Tamil project, is thrilled to be sharing screen space with the star whom he had always admired.

"I'm thrilled about working on this project and to team up with Vijay, right after the success of his latest film aTheri', makes this even more special, because all eyes are on his next project," Harish, who has mostly played the antagonist, told IANS.

In this project, however, Harish plays a character with shades.

"Although I come only in the second half, I get to portray both negative as well as positive shades, which makes my character not formulaic. It's a very interesting role and my scenes with Vijay will be a treat to watch," he assures.

To be directed by Bharathan, the film will also feature Keerthy Suresh and Daniel Balaji, apart from a host of supporting cast.

With successful projects such as "Pandiya Naadu", "Thani Oruvan" and "Srimanthudua to his credit, Harish wants to reinvent with different roles.

In Tamil, he has a bevy of projects in the pipeline, including a yet-untitled revenge thriller with Nayanthara.
