Motor bike - jeep accident - youth dies, another injured

Kasargod, Apr 25: In an incident which occurred at Povval on the night of Saturday April 23, a youth died and another suffered serious injuries after a jeep and motor bike collided with each other.

Sudhir (29), son of Narayan residing near Madhur Kolya in the district, who was riding the motor bike, was killed in the accident. His relative, Manoj from Meepuguri, who was riding the pillion, suffered injuries.

The two were moving to Muliyar for taking part in Vayanatu Kulavan car festival, when their vehicle was hit by a jeep that was moving towards Kasargod. Both were seriously injured in the accident. Sudhir died on way to hospital.
