The nefarious plans of the Modi Govt., to make "Bharath Congress Mukth" through dishonest means is put to an end by the SC. But for the Judiciary our country at the hands of dangerous politicians like Amit Shah and Modi would have been destroyed. Thanks to the SC for clipping the wings of the Central Govt. Now the nation knows how important it is to have an independent judiciary. Now the Judiciary should decide on clipping the wings of the Governors and recommend clear guidelines for the President of India to consider recommendation on Art 356 of the Constitution, something similar to the S.R.Bommai case. Similar guidelines should be considered by the Honourable SC to the Central Govt.,to be followed before recommending imposition of President's rule in any State- some checklist to be complied with before forwarding the recommendation to the President of India.

Why you blame bjp for the mess. Its all about internal politics of the power hungry congis. How can u forget that 9 congressmen are disqualified by speaker. How can u forget that Harish rawat tried to bribe Mlas. Its not different from sidhu paramu tug of war. Now Harish rawat in safer zone. But Still film not fnished. Tomorrow HC will decide fate of 9 congis. If judgemnt comes their favor then Harish rawat in danger. By the way do u know earlier judge has been transfered on short notice. Anything can happen.
