Baghdad, May 11 (IANS): At least 13 people were killed and 35 others injured when a car bomb exploded at a busy marketplace in Iraq's capital Baghdad on Wednesday.
The massive blast occurred when a booby-trapped car went off at a popular outdoor market in the Shia bastion of Sadr city district, an interior ministry source told Xinhua.
The death toll could rise many of the injured were in critical condition.
