Policeman injured in Anantnag grenade explosion


Srinagar, May 11 (IANS): A policeman was injured on Wednesday in Kashmir's Anantnag district in a grenade attack by separatists.

A police officer told IANS in summer capital Srinagar that a police driver was injured when militants hurled a grenade at the old office of the Senior Superintendent of police in Anantnag district.

"The area has been cordoned off for searches".
