Rajya Sabha adjourned sine die

New Delhi, May 13 (IANS): The Rajya Sabha was adjourned sine die on Friday after bidding farewell to retiring members, bringing to an end the second half of the budget session.

The Lok Sabha was adjourned sine die on Wednesday.

Detailing the work of the house, Chairman M. Hamid Ansari said the Rajya Sabha worked for 69 hours in 15 sittings, and passed 12 bills.
