Warm Saturday morning in Delhi


New Delhi, May 21 (IANS): It was warm and sunny morning in the national capital on Saturday with the minimum temperature settling at 30.7 degrees Celsius, four notches above the season's average.

"The sky will remain clear but it can turn cloudy towards the afternoon," said an official of Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) said.

The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 42 degrees Celsius.

Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 58 percent.

Friday's maximum temperature was recorded at 41.5 degrees Celsius, two notches above the average while minimum temperature settled at 31.2 degrees Celsius, five notches above the season's average.
