St Aloysius scientists attend workshop at Arizona

Mangaluru, May 25: Dr Shashikiran Nivas and Alifha Severes, scientists of the Laboratory of Applied Biology, St Aloysius College, here attended a workshop on cyanobacteria, at Arizona State University, Tempe campus, USA.


It was the 12th workshop on cyanobacteria that was conducted at the campusand held from May 19 to May 22 The two scientists presented their work on the use of microalgae for production of biofuels. They also visited other laboratories in USA working on microalgae.
