BDA commissioner Shyam Bhat among top officers transferred

Bengaluru, Jun 22: Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) commissioner, Shyam Bhat, whose proposed posting to Karnataka Public Service Commission as chairman was withheld at the instance of the state governor, stands transferred by the government as chief secretary in the department of cooperation.

Rajkumar Khatri, who was chief secretary in the department of education, will be replacing Shyam Bhat as BDA commissioner.

The government has also transferred Dr E V Ramana Reddy as chief secretary in tourism department and Dr B Basavaraju as chief secretary in the department of finance.
