China scuttles India's NSG bid

Seoul, Jun 24 (IANS): India's membership bid in the Nuclear Suppliers Group (NSG) proved unsuccessful with China "persistently" raising procedural hurdles even as most others in the 48-member bloc supported New Delhi, a top official said on Friday.
