Riteish dreams of doing Marathi film with wife Genelia

Mumbai, July 8 (IANS): Actor-producer Riteish Deshmukh, who has earlier shared the screen space with his "favourite co-star" and wife Genelia, says it's his dream to work with her in a Marathi film.

Asked when the audience will get to see him and Genelia in a movie together again, Riteish said: "I am hoping that happens soon because she is my favourite co-star. I really enjoy working with her."

"I want her to do a Marathi film with me because she does (films in) so many languages... So that would be my dream to do a Marathi film with Genelia."

The actor, who is also a film producer, is happy to witness the growth in the Marathi film industry.

"I'm glad that the Marathi industry is flourishing. They are great on content and I have three projects lined up. I will only be producing one of the projects and I am thrilled about it," he added.

Riteish and Genelia got married in 2012 and had their first child, a son named Riaan, in November 2014. Genelia gave birth to their second son in Mumbai on June 1.

Riteish is extremely happy how his elder son is bonding with the newborn.

"Riaan is bonding well with Rahyl. It feels great to see them bonding so well."
