'Complete lawlessness' in Gujarat, says Kejriwal

New Delhi, Jul 13 (IANS): Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Wednesday alleged "complete lawlessness" in Gujarat after four Dalit youths were severely beaten up for allegedly possessing beef.

"It's complete lawlessness in Gujarat," tweeted the Aam Aadmi Party leader who has been continuously locked in a war of words with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the BJP.

Three men were arrested after they beat up four Dalit youths, stripped them above the waist and dragged them on the road for about a kilometre in Gir Somnath district in Gujarat for allegedly possessing cow meat.

The crime came to light after a video of the assault went viral on social media.
