Pravin Nayak takes charge as new DySP of Kundapur

Kundapur, Jul 13: Pravin H Nayak took charge as the new DySP of Kundapur sub division on Tuesday, July 12.  Manjunatha Shetty who was transferred to Shivamogga after serving as DySP in Kundapur handed over the charge. 

Pravin H Nayak hails from Koppa. He started his career at Mulabagilu, Kolar district and later served at Ramanagara in Bengaluru, Mangaluru town, Mangaluru traffic police station, Bajpe, Panambur, Sullia, Udupi town, Udupi circle, Kaup and Manipal as SI.  He has also worked in Intelligence and special branches. 

He has B Com, LL B and M A degrees. Speaking on the occasion, he said that he will be giving priority to peace and order. “I will work hard to prevent thefts and criminal activities,” he said. 

Police circle inspector and police officials of all stations in the sub division were present on the occasion.
