New Delhi, July 17 (IANS): It was a generally cloudy Sunday morning here with the minimum temperature recorded at 26.4 degrees Celsius, one notch below the season's average, the weather office said.
"There is a possibility of thunder storm with moderate rains towards the afternoon or evening," an official of the India Meteorological Department said.
According to the official, the humidity at 8.30 a.m. was recorded at 92 per cent with a rainfall of 12.3 mm.
The maximum temperature of the day is likely to hover around 29 degrees Celsius, the official said.
The maximum temperature on Saturday settled at 29.1 degrees Celsius, two notches below the season's average, while the minimum temperature was recorded at 24.6 degrees Celsius, three notches below the season's average.
