New Delhi, Jul 19 (IANS): It was a partly cloudy Tuesday morning here with the minimum temperature recorded at 26.2 degrees Celsius, one notch below the season's average, the weather office said.
"There is a possibility of rains and thunder storms to occur towards the afternoon or evening," an official of the India Meteorological Department said.
According to the official, the humidity at 8.30 a.m. was recorded at 81 per cent.
The maximum temperature of the day is likely to hover around 34 degrees Celsius, the official said.
The maximum temperature on Monday settled at 32.9 degrees Celsius, two notches below the season's average, while the minimum temperature was recorded at 25 degrees Celsius, two notches below the season's average.
