9 militants killed in Dhaka raid

Dhaka, Jul 26 (IANS): Nine suspected militants were killed on Tuesday during a rad in Bangladesh's capital Dhaka, police said.

Some militants were also arrested in the raid with explosives and grenades, Xinhua news agency reported.

Officials said the militants fired and hurled hand-made grenades as policemen and Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) members stormed the hideout at about 5.30 a.m in the city's Kalyanpur area.

Communication equipments and jihadi books were also seized.

    If same thing happens India people will say fake encounter and human rights will shout on top of their voice. This radicalisation has. already spread to 90% according ZN who promises heaven for these merciless acts. This is a high time for India to wake up and to root out these radicals from our society before it is too late. We can all join to gather to make India a better place to live and show the world humanity still exists.

    Some people here in india need to learn from Dhaka, simple policy they follow NO MERCY on terrorist unfortunately we have some sympathizers of terrorist and which gives them more strength and weakens the moral of the our security people. wake up India.
