Nissan sells 6,418 units in July


Chennai, Aug 1 (IANS): Japanese car maker Nissan Motor Corporation on Monday said it had sold 6,418 units in India last month.

In a statement, Nissan Motor India said it sold 6,418 units last month up from 2,841 units sold in July 2016.

Commenting on the company's performance, Nissan Motor India Managing Director Arun Malhotra said: "Our sales have been gaining momentum over the past few months and the trend has been encouraging. The customers have responded positively to the new Datsun redi-GO."
