3D software giant Dassault Systèmes appoints new India MD


New India, Aug 11 (IANS): France-based 3D software provider Dassault Systèmes on Thursday appointed Samson Khaou as Managing Director of its India operations.

“I am delighted to take on the responsibility to spearhead Dassault Systèmes India's strong focus to leverage the opportunities which the country offers,” Khaou said in a statement.

Khaou joined Dassault Systèmes in 1989 and has spent more than 15 years in Asia.

“India is a key market for the company and we are looking at it with increased interest and business opportunities,” added Sylvain Laurent, Executive Vice President, Global Field Operations (Asia-Oceania), Dassault Systèmes.

Dassault Systèmes has over 210,000 customers across industries in more than 140 countries.
