Sun Pharma posts Rs 151.46 crore loss in Q1


Mumbai, Aug 12 (IANS): Drug major Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd on Friday said it closed the first quarter of the current fiscal with a net loss of Rs 151.46 crore.

In a regulatory filing at BSE, the company said it posted a net loss of Rs 151.46 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 as compared to net loss of Rs 396.35 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.

The company's total income decreased from Rs 2,103.67 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 to Rs 1,904.70 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2016.
