Big B remembers mother Teji Bachchan on birth anniversary

Mumbai, Aug 12 (IANS): On his mother Teji Bachchan's 102nd birth anniversary on Friday, megastar Amitabh Bachchan called her the "most beautiful woman on the planet".

The 72-year-old "Piku" star shared some old photographs of him and and his mother.

"Mother's birthday...12th August...the most beautiful woman on the planet," Big B tweeted on Friday. 

Teji, who was married to legendary poet Harivanshrai Bachchan, was a social activist. She died at the age of 93 on December 21, 2007, after a prolonged illness.
