Khloe Kardashian uses cream for horses on her nails

Los Angeles,A Aug 21 (IANS): Reality TV personality Khloe Kardashian uses cream meant for horse hooves to strengthen her own nails.

The 32-year-old says that manicure gives her life, but to protect her nails from becoming brittle and breaking after enduring a lot of beauty treatments, she has to use a lotion designed for farm animals to nourish and toughen her nails, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

Khloe shared her beauty hack on her website.

"A good mani gives me life, but if you change your polish as much as I do, a girl has got to take some precautions," she posted.

"This cream from Barielle is so crazy because it was originally made for horse hooves. No wonder it works so well to strengthen my weak nails," Khloe added.

The "Keeping up with the Kardashians" star also said she exceeds the number of times the product should be used per day and always carries a jar of the product with her wherever she goes.

"You're supposed to use this two times a day, but I use it more. I keep a jar in my car, in my bathroom and even in my gym bag. Use it on clean hands. I also make sure to put it on my nails before I get acrylics added on," Khloe said.
