Udupi, Dec 5: The Sri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara (SDM) College of Ayurveda, affiliated to the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), Bangalore, is celebrating its golden jubilee this year.
As part of the golden jubilee celebrations, Mathrushri Rathnamma Memorial Building and Bhava Prakash Auditorium will be inaugurated on Friday December 14, said UN Prasad, principal of the college at a press conference here on Monday December 4.
Many workshops and seminars will also be conducted as part the golden jubilee celebrations, he added.
SS Badrinath, founder, Sankara Nethralaya, Chennai will inaugurate the Mathrushri Rathnamma Memorial Building while VS Acharya, MLC will inaugurate the Bhava Prakash Auditorium, he informed.
An international conference in Shalya, Shalakya and Prasooti Tantra titled “Soushruthi – 2007” will be inaugurated by P S Prabhakar, vice-chancellor, RGUHS, he added.
On the same day, S Prabhakar, vice-president, SDMES will inaugurate the golden jubilee celebrations.
