Audio-Technica launches noise-cancelling Bluetooth headphones

New Delhi, Aug 23 (IANS): Japan-based Audio-Technica on Tuesday launched a new headphone equipped with QuietPoint active noise-cancelling technology that reduces environmental noise by up to 90 per cent.

The Rs 14,990 ATH-ANC40BT headphone comes with 13.5mm drivers and features an in-line mic with controls that lets users wirelessly answer/end calls, control music playback and adjust volume on Bluetooth enabled devices.

The headphone can pair up with up to eight Bluetooth enabled devices and can be connected with two of those devices simultaneously, allowing you to shift seamlessly between your phone and tablet, phone and laptop or any other pair of Bluetooth-enabled devices.

The headphone also employs a unique sound-improvement technology created to yield the best-possible audio performance over Bluetooth transmission, the company said in a statement.

The headphone also comes with a detachable 1.2-metre cable with 3.5 mm jack and also includes silicone ear-tips.
