Udupi: Bhaskar murder - CID & judicial custody for 5 accused, DNA test ordered

Udupi, Aug 24: 3 out of the 5 arrested accused in Bhaskar Shetty murder case were given judicial custody and 2 were given criminal investigation department (CID) custody when they were produced in JMFC court in city on Wednesday, August 24.

Rajeshwari (48), the wife of Bhaskar Shetty,her son Navaneet Shetty (20), and astrologer Nandalike Niranjan Bhat (26), the main accused in the case, were given judicial custody till September 6.

Niranjan's father Srinivas Bhat (56) and car driver Raghavendra (25), who have been accused of destroying evidence, were given CID custody till August 29.

Rajeshwari was separately produced in court  as is presently housed in Mangaluru prison.

Permission for DNA test 

The court also heard the application made by the police for permission to match DNA of Bhaskar Shetty by collecting DNA of his mother Gulabi and his brothers. The court after hearing the same, ordered the DNA test.

    In this murder case only 5 persons involved. Why police cannot disclose the name of 6-7-8-9-10 person coz that means here required Anna malai to open the mouth of accused .

    I doubt still about killing B.Shetty.So far they havent told about anything about murder ,but admitted.Thats not enough for a case without evidence of place,weapon or least his Body burnt and ashes were in different places thrown.what These People aimed?money ,already having illicit relationship wanted to getaway from their path?But this mord didnt bring them any luck,so really you killer Team, tell the truth and without hiding .so that you can tell what and where he was killed or was it a keeping a wrong path ,and you are hiding fellow somewhere?you might get a mild punishment if true Story is revealed.

    as stated earlier bhaskar told his wife rajeshwari i will not give anything to you if divorced!! ok dont give. even we also dont allow you to enjoy your property and wealth!if bhaskar thought to donate his property to orphanage and to his mother, then how these people mother and son enjoy rest of their life? common sense na? this story would not have taken shape if bhaskar would have divided the property and sent the duo away from him.

    I think some killer/killers(influential people) are outside who helped Mother/son or advised Mother/son to kill Bhaskar Shetty..But, I am feeling sorry for son Navneeth Shetty..Future Owner of property worth Rs.250 Cr is in handcuff !! I think as per Law,he will not get rights over Propety if it is proved in Court that he killed dad for property..(more info pls)...He is sad and dull..regretting...really regretting. Bhatta is Bindaas..

    Note: Maximum punishment to Mother and Bhatta..Minimum punishment to Son..

    This case will be going to toos.... because all rich and influenced peoples are involved. Police department and Govt Of Karnataka directly involved in this case, after destroying all witnesses they are given case to CID. CID also humans, HANA KANDRE HENA BAIBIDUTHADE, This Karnataka govt only now big financier to Congress party. Regarding swomys they also human not God. Even uneducated man also can say the result of this case. I am too much missing Jananna now a days.

    NONE OTHER THAN DRIVER RAGHAVENDRA MAY REVEAL THE TRUTH IS THE ONLY ALTERNATIVE WHO KNOWS EVERYTHING.

    So far Police have only proof of murder, Rajeshwari and Navneet confessing killing Bhaskar Shetty with Inspector SV Girish!!!...

    No eye witness, no body, no murder weapon, no mobile phone, no nothing...

    So Police should find at least some of the above to prove the murder...otherwise judge will throw out the case during framing of chages only...like Gokarna Swami rapu sorry rape case...

    Or Police might have all the evidence, but don't want to show it at this time,,, lets see...

    People,

    CID should be able to know within a day when accused are in their custody, what happened if accused are involved in the case...

    CID should know, Magistrate/Judge is unlikely to extend Police custody any more ....so don't take the accused unnecessarily to places like 'Homa Kunda' Kalkar and Kadandale river for publicity...

    If CID does not crack the case by September 6th then they will be never able to crack this...

    I am surprised why Police want Raghu in Police custody? To make him play 'Kombu Vadya'??? I don't think he knows anything about the murder...assuming there was a murder!!!
