Chennai, Aug 25 (IANS): Producer Allu Aravind has confirmed that Ram Charan-starrer Telugu actioner “Dhruva", a remake of Tamil blockbuster "Thani Oruvan", will hit the screens worldwide on October 7 marking the occasion of Dussehra.

"The final schedule of the talkie portion is in progress and will be wrapped up by September 5. Simultaneously, we're also working on the post-production. Contrary to some reports, there won't be any delay in the release of 'Dhruva', which will hit the screens on October 7," Aravind said in a statement.

Directed by Surender Reddy, the project stars Rakul Preet Singh and Arvind Swamy in the lead roles.
