Mangalore: Senior Citizens' Home 'Nympha Sadan' Blessed

Mangalore, Dec 7: "Nympha Sadan", the senior citizens' home, in St Ursula's Campus near Rosario Cathedral Church near here was blessed by Don Francesco Saverio Bazoffi from Florence in Italy on Thursday December 6 morning.

This was followed by a solemn thanksgiving Eucharistic celebration which was offered by Bishop Aloysius Paul D'Souza of Mangalore.

The home dedicated to the patronage of Mother Nympha who had dedicated her entire life in serving the poor and needy was actually opened in the month of May, 2007

Superior General Sr Doreen D'Souza and the Associate members of Casa Santi Arcangeli were the guests of honour on the occasion.

The occasion marked the 60th birthday of administrator Sr Lenita D’Souza. Provincial Superior Sr Susheela Sequeira was also present on the occasion.
