Mangalore: 'Dongra Vailim Kirnnam' Devotional Album Released

Mangalore, Dec 10:
'Dongra Vailim Kirnnam", 25th Konkani devotional cassette and CD by well-known musicians Fr Valerian Mendonca and Fr Clement Mascarenhas was released in Kinnigoli Church. Fr Alfred Pinto, parish priest and Vicar Var of Kinnigoli Varado, Fr Fred Mascarenhas, Principal of Milagres College, Kallianpur, along with Fr Valerian Mendonca and Fr Clement Mascarenhas were present on the dais.

Releasing the 25th Cassette Fr Alfred Pinto, congratulated both the musicians for their talents and service to the society. Releasing 25th devotional album is a record from both the priests. He wished them all that is best and adviced them to produce more devotional albums. A book comprising the hymns of all 25 cassettes was released by Fr Fred Mascarenhas.
 
Fr Alfred Pinto honoured both musicians on behalf of the Kinnigoli parish. Fr Valerian Mendonca who celebrated his 58 birthday on this occasion was greeted by a song by the church choir.
 
Fr Alfred Pinto welcomed the guests. Lionel Pinto, vice-president of the parish, proposed vote of thanks and compered the programme.
