Gujarat: Female BJP Candidate Arrested for Possessing Arms

Vadodara, Dec 16 (mb): BJP candidate Jayanti Rathwa from Pavi-Jetpur constituency of Vadodara district has been arrested on charges of 'illegally' possessing weapons, official sources said here on Sunday.

Rathwa was arrested late last night along with six other BJP workers, they said.

There are many criminal cases registered against Rathwa, the sources added.

    She should be punished under POTA or TADA criminal court, for possessing arms.
