Sep 26, Ajman: A host of Thumbay Group’s businesses, which includes Thumbay Pharmacy, Body & Soul and the retail division, were recognised as the 'Best Service Performance Outlet’ for their pursuit of excellence in 2016 by the Department of Economic Development (DED) during a ceremonial event on September 22 at the InterContinental Dubai Festival City-here.
General director of DED, Sami Al Qamzi, awarded the trophies to three business verticals- Body and Soul, Thumbay Pharmacy and the retail division, as a part of appreciation at the Dubai Service Excellence Scheme customer service week – Bazaar programme. The Dubai Service Excellence Scheme is DED's initiative to promote competitiveness and quality of service.
Commenting on the win, Thumbay Moideen, founder president of Thumbay group said, "We are truly honored to have won these awards.
