Gurgaon, Oct 6 (Ddaily Bhaskar) : Over the past few years, Gurgaon has turned out to be the hub for prostitution rackets. While in the past the police department had already busted two high profile sex rackets; this week resulted in the bust of yet another.

Considered to be one of the biggest sex racket busts ever, 12 girls from the North-Eastern region of the country were arrested earlier this week. Claimed to be hailing from different part of the North East like Imphal, Aizawl, Guwahati and Darjeeling, these girls were supplied by their dealers to several 5-star hotels in the state.

The entire prostitution scandal was being run by the group under the pretext of Spa and Body massages in Gurgaon. Most of the girls are said to be living in rented accommodation in the regions of Mahipalpur and Kotla Mubarakpur in Delhi.

The fear of being caught resulted in the business being done entirely through WhatsApp. After initiation a conversation and exchange of pictures, the girls were supplied to many high profile individuals around the NCR region.

Upon receiving a tip-off of the scandal, ACP Sadar Anil Yadav contacted the dealers under a false identification, following which the bust took place.
